What we do not do
Important limits
- •Provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship
- •Determine patentability, novelty, clearance, infringement, or filing strategy
- •Replace patent agents, attorneys, clinics, mentors, or PTRC librarians
- •Automatically send your packet to third parties without your action
- •Guarantee access to any specific program, attorney, or outcome
AI scope and limitations
AI-assisted drafts with human review expected
- •Some packets use AI-assisted drafting; all outputs are editable drafts
- •AI does not review your legal rights or make protectability conclusions
- •Suggested CPC areas and search terms are conversation starters only
- •Human expert review is still expected before any filing or legal decision
Privacy and data handling

- •Invention descriptions stay in your project until you export or share them
- •Recovery links use private tokens — treat them like passwords
- •Partner dashboards and CSV exports exclude raw invention text where configured
- •Public marketing analytics do not receive emails, recovery tokens, or packet content
- •Demo records are labeled and excluded from live pilot reporting

- •Export metadata records who you said the export was for (your entry only)
