Coming soon
Not sure?
Learn how patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets differ — then choose a path. Guided routing is coming soon.
Phase 1 is patent-focused
SmartProBonoIP is evolving into a full IP Readiness Platform. Right now the live readiness workflow prepares inventors for patent conversations. This path is registered in the platform architecture and will reuse shared authentication, dashboard, document storage, AI orchestration, professional handoff, and portfolio tracking when it ships.

What every protection path will plug into
Coming-soon paths are not empty stubs — they are registered modules waiting on the same services the patent path already uses.
session consent
liveDual-consent disclaimer gate plus session-scoped record access (pilot session headers). Future account auth can replace or wrap this without changing path modules.
partner metrics
livePartner impact desk with secret-gated metrics, filters, and CSV export. Path-agnostic aggregations will filter by protection_path when multi-path records exist.
packet and registry
liveIP Readiness Packet PDF/JSON exports today; venture_documents registry reserved for uploaded supporting files across paths.
profile and coach
liveOptional OpenAI profile generation and Packet Coach with rule-based fallbacks. Paths supply prompts and safety scopes; the orchestrator stays shared.
pdf json brief
liveExpert handoff summary, attorney export schema, and bring-to-meeting checklist. Each path can extend the brief via its module without forking export plumbing.
project records
liveProjectRecord persistence (localStorage or Supabase) with recovery tokens. Future portfolio views list records across protection paths for one inventor.
