## How to use

1. Log each person **before** sending more testers — this turns outreach into proof.
2. Update status as they reply, start testing, finish a packet, or send feedback.
3. Mark packet/PDF completion from what they report (or from partner desk metrics when available).
4. Only set **Permission to quote** to `yes` when they explicitly agree.
5. Export or duplicate this sheet before handing off to another teammate.
